These songs were written and recorded in their entirety during an ultra-creative five day super session in the summer of 2022.

This song deals with mental health and my very personal struggle navigating my life along the way. Perhaps its something you can relate to? I’ve been fighting with the voices in my head for as long as I can remember and this song is a plea to get out of my own head and start living life in the real world.
